Grant Heale is a professional “Management Consultant and Entertainer” who has been involved in the Implementation of Sales & Service Strategies for many major corporations around South Africa.

He practices the principle of “Learn through Doing” rather than “Learn through Talking”.  In other words if you experience it during the workshop, you are likely to Adapt and Change and develop Different Ways of managing and performing tasks.
