Inspirational Ideas

We are in a period of unprecedented change. Not only are we faced with a massive economic downturn and the adjustment of global financial markets, we are also dealing with momentous cultural, religious and political vagaries, too. In addition, significant generations are about to change lifestage – Boomers are starting to retire, Xers are becoming senior managers and parents of school-going kids at the same time, and Generation Y (or the Millennials) are starting to enter the workplace.
The magnitude of the potential for a fundamental change in how we live and work is akin to that of the Reformation and the Age of Enlightenment. And we will live through it in the next few years and decades. While change is happening all around us, it is not always clear why or what we should be doing about it. TomorrowToday identifies, analyses, and explains why the world of work is changing. We use our research to develop frameworks of understanding. We raise provocative points of view about strategy, customer management, marketing, talent, leadership and organizational change. We do this so that we can assist companies and leaders to get their teams to buy-in to their strategies, to mobilise them to achieve their goals and to build healthy and successful organisations.
As you can imagine, TomorrowToday spends many hours researching trends around business, leadership, the environment, social media, and the new worker (talent). In fact, anything that has to do with how people are being impacted by a changing world. One of our commitments, from the beginning, has been to pass on our findings and thoughts to our clients and the community that follow us. We do this through a variety of channels, including, blog posts, e-zines, podcasts, twitter, articles, books, and of course our main stream offerings in the shape of presentations and consulting.
Our research and thought leadership is captured in ongoing analysis, articles, published and peer-reviewed journal articles and published books:
