All TomorrowToday’s training is conducted within the context of the new world of work. We look at your company’s specific needs and existing skills and marry them to our material, which focuses on global trends that are likely to influence tomorrow.
Training methodology
Our training is fun and interactive. We like to keep our number to less than 20 people per group, which allows for plenty of questioning, discussion and ‘doing’ time. Our belief is that most people are visual and kinesthetic learners, which is why we use a light-hearted, fun, and edutainment-style approach, with lots of multi-media and interactive applicative activities.

In a world where diversity is to be celebrated we look at ways in which we can find solutions for your organization to create environments where diversity can flourish. Diversity carries three major pillars from a people perspective, namely generational, cultural and gender.

- An overview of African and South African cultural diversity
- A look at South African cultural demographics
- Understanding South African socio-economic challenges
- Unpacking the global threats to cultural diversity, which is why we need to create environments for diversity to flourish
- The impact of South Africa is an emerging economy and transitional society
- A look at social identity and what this means in understanding diversity
- The role of social identity in South Africa
- Unpacking in-group and out-group bias and the danger of assumptions
- Raising our emotional intelligence to find more effective ways to communicate

- Delegates are able to recall, comprehend, analyse and then apply information on the new world of work, different cultural and socio-economic circumstances and perspectives; and employee diversity value from a cultural perspective
